I am going to post about health, eating clean, training and how I maintain my body and live my life and I hope to help others with what I have found works and doesn't work and what I believe in.
On a side note.....Not everyone will have the same ideas, beliefs and may also find that things that work for me do not work for them and I understand that, but I am also willing to listen to others concerns and questions and help if I can.
This is amazing. You need to find a way to get someone who is so set in their ways to change. I would love to change, but I have bad knees, I fractured my spine this past fall and I feel like I am not even worth the effort. I am in pain all the time. When I read your article, I wish I could be as optimistic as you.
ReplyDeleteKathy,
ReplyDeleteI want you to think about the rest of your life, You have many years ahead of you and think about how you want them to go, would you rather be miserable, in pain and dread waking up every morning or would you like to be as happy as you can be, make healthy changes in your life and know that you did everything you could to prolong your life making it easier for you to age.
I personally would take the later of the two, just because you have bad knees, doesn't mean you can make a change and become a healthier person. Take the time to think about yourself and how you want to fulfill the rest of your life and take and try some of the tips I give and see if it makes any changes as to how you feel and how you view life.
Remember... a person who doesn't want to change isn't going to change, a person who wants to change and actually tries without excuses feels better about themselves both emotionally and physically.
Good Luck!!
